How Server management processes personal data
Last updated: 20 March 2026
We process data needed to run the Server management platform: login data, company data, documents and infrastructure data you manage.
We process data for user authentication, company and role management, infrastructure monitoring, notifications and statistics.
We may process identification data (name, email), company data, API keys (encrypted), infrastructure metadata and technical operational logs.
Data is stored on secure infrastructure in the EEA. In the browser we keep only the auth token, selected company and UI language.
When AI features are enabled, document content may be sent to external providers for data extraction. Processing is limited to the scope required by the feature.
Realtime notifications run on Laravel Reverb (Pusher-compatible protocol) on our infrastructure. Other integrations (Ploi, Hetzner, Rancher, Mailcow) operate under their own terms.
Contract performance and our legitimate interest in running the platform securely.
Data is retained during the contractual relationship and per statutory periods afterwards. Technical logs are kept proportionate to the security purpose.
Token-based authentication, RBAC authorization, encrypted API keys at rest, TLS for all traffic.
